Fu Yuhua

Strategic Study of CAE 2003, Volume 5, Issue 6,   Pages 55-58

Abstract:

Newton's second law and the law of gravity are summarized with experimental results. For discussing the possibility of deriving the two laws theoretically, according to the law of conservationof energy, the method of deriving improved Newton's second law and the law of gravity at one timeresults suitable for this example with the constant dimension fractal form are as follows: improved lawof gravity F = - GMm/r1.99989 , and improved Newton's second law F = ma1.01458

Assistance by Internet Service Providers: Suggestions on the Amendment of Article 27 of the Network Security LawDraft (Second Draft)

Cui Congcong,Li Yuxiao and Han Song

Strategic Study of CAE 2016, Volume 18, Issue 6,   Pages 34-38 doi: 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2016.06.007

Abstract:

The obligation of decryption assistance by Internet service providers reflects the conflict between public power (the power of investigation) and the right of privacy (the right of communication privacy, private rights). Internet service providers should gather data under encryption by users on the basis of the principles of controllability and traceability, proportionality, and necessity. Providers should consider choosing their path prudently, supervised by strict procedure. Thus, the overall utility of social governance control, the tranquility of private life, and the business interests of Internet service providers can be maximized. Severe violations of private rights and disorderly situations due to governmental failure can be avoided if these suggestions are carried out.

Fatigue crack growth simulations of 3-D linear elastic cracks under thermal load by XFEM

SINGH,S. K. YADAV

Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering 2015, Volume 9, Issue 4,   Pages 359-382 doi: 10.1007/s11709-015-0304-z

Abstract: This paper deals with the fatigue crack growth simulations of three-dimensional linear elastic cracks by XFEM under cyclic thermal load. Both temperature and displacement approximations are extrinsically enriched by Heaviside and crack front enrichment functions. Crack growth is modelled by successive linear extensions, and the end points of these linear extensions are joined by cubic spline segments to obtain a modified crack front. Different crack geometries such as planer, non-planer and arbitrary spline shape cracks are simulated under thermal shock, adiabatic and isothermal loads to reveal the sturdiness and versatility of the XFEM approach.
